Dean Coombs is the Principal of Foothill Real Estate Partners. Over the past decade, he has overseen more than $700 million in assets totaling over 4 million square feet across office, retail, medical, industrial, and flex properties across the Intermountain West.
Dean built his career at Alturas Capital Partners, where he held senior asset management leadership roles executing value add and core plus strategies across diverse portfolios. His experience spans the full investment lifecycle including portfolio strategy, acquisitions, leasing execution, capital planning, and operating performance, with a consistent focus on increasing NOI and strengthening asset value.
